Emergency Management Victoria approached Hybridmedia to produce an animation illustrating how emergencies in Victoria are managed in a cohesive and coordinated manner across all relevant agencies and departments.
The animation illustrates how EMV have a holistic approach to emergency management by taking actions before, during and after an emergency. Hybridmedia developed and produced a creative approach that captured the audience’s attention and established the design guide for subsequent campaign collateral.
